DeepMIMO1000-GWC

DeepMIMO1000
GWC scenario

  • An outdoor scenario constructed based on an area around GWC@ASU
    • min latitude = 33.4196500
    • min longitude = -111.9326400
    • max latitude = 33.4218200
    • max longitude = -111.9288200
  • 1 base station and around 10k candidate users!
  • Dataset is available at operating frequency 3.5 GHz

Note: This scenario is based on the Boston 5G model developed by Remcom

Key components

  • 1 base station (BS): BS1. The height of all BSs is 6 m.
  • Each antenna array element at the BS is an isotropic antenna
  • One uniform x-y user grids (UG) covering the area.
  • Total number of users = 13,585 users
  • The first user in every user grid is always the user with the lowest (x,y) coordinate
  • The height of all user grids is 2 m
  • Each antenna array element at each user is an isotropic antenna
  • First user grid (UG1)
  • Accessed from Row 1 to Row 95 (95 rows in total)
  • 143 users per row (143 users with the same y coordinate)
  • 2.5 m spacing between adjacent users
  • The site is constructed base on an area around GWC@ASU
    • min latitude = 33.4196500
    • min longitude = -111.9326400
    • max latitude = 33.4218200
    • max longitude = -111.9288200
  • The ITU concrete and ITU wet earth are adopted as materials for the buildings and the terrain respectively
  • The ray-tracing angle spacing is 0.25° (degree)
  • As for the propagation model, each channel path can undergo a maximum of 3 reflections before reaching the receiver
