In the O2 dynamic scenario, different dynamic scenarios has the same channel for the same base station and user.
Could you please explain the phenomenon? And, I have anothor question: dose the dynamic scenario means that the channel changes with time evolving while staying at the same position?

As you can see on the O2 scenario page, the users are placed at fixed locations. In this scenario, the vehicles move within the time-steps (scenes) and may cause changes in the channel. If these vehicles do not cause a change in the channel (e.g., LOS path blockage), you may observe the same channel.
